OSX Lion's Mission Control: What the hell!! Where's the exposé gone?

I use terminals extensively.

When I tried to use expose, and it looked as:

What the....

I expected to see spreaded windows.

It, the expose, is to see all windows on the current desktop and to select one of them. What the... The fact how stupid the mission control is simply blows my mind.

One might  say, "Hey, fella, try to use 'show all application windows'".
Try it. You will have all of the terminals scattered out in all your desktops. Such a nonsense it is.
